Mrs. Cross's teaches 1st graders, I enjoyed viewing her theme for the starting school year on her home page.  Listed on her site are classroom management techniques, technology, science, math ideas, center activities and encouragement for teachers. Mrs. Cross's posted videos called "Whole Brain Teaching" in her classroom management section,  reflected in her video are student lead teaching.

The website below is my favorite.  In teacher, Sonya McIntyre posting not only was I able to take a look inside of her classroom but outside. I can sense that this teacher goes over and beyond for the children that are in her care. We noticed the teacher having the children becoming one with nature. The students as they play are getting ideas of different feels for things that are around them which are especially important for early childhood classrooms. According to the slide the teacher announced that that "no two days are the same". Below are different clips of dramatic play outside and inside, activities with students only, and teacher and students.

Enclosed below is a video of Teacher, Kathy Cassidy's classroom. There are some great incites on reading activities, writing activities, classroom organization, structure, behavior management, sharing space, and scheduling. I believe this site would benefit teachers who are new to the field and for those seeking new ideas. According to the my text students can part take in making rules as well as leading the class with the teacher's help. We noticed here in the video that the students are heavily involved in the classroom which makes the experience much more real than the teacher speaking. Seen here are students using activities to facilitate their learning, for example using dinosaur to subtract. To implement some of these ideas in your classroom, please feel free to take a look at the site below.

This Post, I found in my Module 6 reading. It is a great source for teachers to get ideas about the structure, and organization of classrooms from kindergarten to 8th grade. The teacher's classroom featured below is, Ms. Sandy Preston an Elementary school teacher. I think she did an excellent job in setting up her classroom. You are welcome to take a look at some pictures.
